I enjoy writing and began writing poetry for a class assignment. It was a good way to exercise my creativity, simply. Since then, it has also been a way for me to express my thoughts and experiences. Therefore, my poems are usually written for myself or one specific person.

I then started my blog by my sister’s suggestion. It is a great way to share what I’ve written (which I’m eager to do!). I appreciate any feedback. It is my priority for me to post poems that mean something to me but can relate to my audience. I try to add new posts once every two weeks.

I have also become a contributing writer on Christians Poets Pen, a blog maintained by Christian poets. Please visit this site and be inspired by their ideas.
